Office Furniture - Terms
& Conditions
AUSSIE
OFFICE FURNITURE:- Definitions in these "Conditions of
Sale" shall have the following meanings: The "Customer/s"
means the person/s, firm or company from whom the order was received
or its legal assigns or successors.
The
"products and/or goods" means those items specified in the order
accepted by Aussie Office Furniture
These "Conditions of Sale" apply to all sales by Aussie Office
Furniture to its Customers unless they are specifically varied in writing
by Aussie Office Furniture.
1. Colours
All Furniture is manufactured in Beech/Ironstone unless we are building
to a special order
Please check the colours page for available
selections.
2. PAYMENT TERMS - Payment is by credit card or Bank
Cheque in advance of delivery unless a credit account has been previously
approved and purchase order is quoted.
3. CUSTOMER SPECIAL ORDERS OF PRODUCTS - Orders accepted
by Aussie Office Furniture for products specially manufactured to Customers
requirements cannot be cancelled.
4. PRICES - All products will be charged at prices on
the date purchase order is accepted and are subject to Goods and Services
Tax.
We
will contact you to discuss freight and delivery charges and options to
metropolitan areas within Australia. We can organise delivery for you
to most parts of Australia.
5. RISK - The responsibility for loss or damage of goods
shall pass to the Customer upon delivery to the Customer.
6.
PROPERTY - Property of the goods shall remain with Aussie Office
Furniture until payment is received in full.
7 . PURCHASE ORDERS - Purchase orders placed by any person, or
firm or company through its employees, whether in writing or verbally,
are deemed to incorporate these terms and conditions.
